Mini Berry Pavlovas with Whipped Cream

These crisp, airy mini pavlovas topped with whipped cream and fresh berries are an elegant fruit-based dessert perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large egg whites
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until glossy.
  3. Gently fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  4. Spoon 6 small circles onto the sheet. Make slight wells in the center.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
