Mini Berry Pavlovas with Whipped Cream
These crisp, airy mini pavlovas topped with whipped cream and fresh berries are an elegant fruit-based dessert perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients:
- 3 large egg whites
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until glossy.
- Gently fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
- Spoon 6 small circles onto the sheet. Make slight wells in the center.
- Bake for 60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
